Cleveland Cabby, Cleveland, Ohio. Driver Author Guest Speaker. See actions taken by the people who manage and post content. Page created - May 18, 2019. Group of 7 Writing Club.

From the Cabby’s Seat. T. He cabby has his own special place. from which he looks at life. You may be President or you may be no one, but to a cabby you are only a Fare-only someone who rides in his cab for a price. You get into his cab, he shakes you a while, and he puts you down. His view of people is simpler, perhaps, than the view of a man who does any other kind of work. From the high seat of his cab, he looks down upon everybody. People are not important to him unless they wish to go somewhere. Then the time for payment has arrived. If you pay him the law ful amount and no more, you can easily see what he thinks of you.

Geny
In this book Jasany shows his readers more than just the life of a Cleveland cabby, but also the humor and challenges that we all face in everyday life. From sad times to happy times this hard working man from the mid-west must beat the streets to make his living and help everyone meets to make their final destination. With interesting insights and an ear to the ground, Jasany kept my nose in the book until it was done. The only thing lacking is a final copy edit.
