I received this as a gift from my coworkers when gave birth to my son. When it was my turn to find a book for my coworker giving birth to her son, I first looked for a different book. Some of the words in the poems are outdated and not part of our everyday language anymore. However, I did come back to this book because of the wonderful illustrations. I couldn't find any other book with the vivid and detailed illustrations. My son really enjoyed the poems and the illustrations.

I enjoyed reading the nursery rhymes that played a very integral part in my intellectual development. These rhymes made school interesting and the rhyming made learning easy. These rhymes combined with lovely illustrations made 'Mother Goose' book a delight to read.
The configuration and the editing of the book however made it difficult to use.
